H2GO Water, referred to as “we”, “our” or “us”, is a water purification and bottling company based in Windhoek, Namibia.

We supply:

• Purified, remineralised and ozonated drinking water
• Bottled water
• Water refills
• Water dispensers
• Branded water
• Commercial water supply

02 Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Will provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

03 Products and Services

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.

However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
• Packaging may vary from the images displayed.
• Colours and branding may differ slightly due to printing processes.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

04 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Namibian Dollars, NAD, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price charged will be the price applicable at the time your order is confirmed.

05 Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline any order.
• Cancel orders where pricing errors occur.
• Cancel orders where products become unavailable.
• Request additional verification before processing an order.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

06 Payment

We accept the approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payment must be received before orders are processed, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

07 Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only.

While we strive to deliver within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Supply interruptions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for losses arising solely from delivery delays.

Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided.

08 Collection of Orders

Customers collecting orders from our premises should inspect their products before leaving.

Once products have been accepted, responsibility for safe transportation transfers to the customer.

09 Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, available on our website.

Due to hygiene and food safety requirements, bottled water and refill water cannot generally be returned once supplied unless the product is defective or supplied incorrectly.

10 Branded Water Orders

Custom branded water products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Artwork is correct.
• Spelling has been checked.
• Colours and branding have been approved before production.

Once production has commenced, branded orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except where an error is attributable to H2GO Water.

11 Water Dispensers

Customers should use water dispensers according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Improper installation, misuse, neglect or unauthorised repairs may void any applicable warranty.

12 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery information.
• Inspect products upon delivery.
• Notify us promptly of any issues.
• Use our products safely and responsibly.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using our website.

13 Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation of the website.
• Copy, reproduce or distribute website content without permission.

• Photographs
• Product images
• Graphics

• Branding

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2GO Water shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from:

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

H2GO Water shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Fire
• Flood
• Power outages
• Government restrictions
• Labour disputes
• Civil unrest
• Supply chain disruptions

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date.

Continued use of our website after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Namibia.
